What Does A C2C Franchisee Do?
There are two successful models that are being used within the franchise. The first model sees the franchisee taking the orders, providing the quotes, and fitting the glass. Since the demand for our services is extremely high you’ll quickly move onto the second model where the franchisee takes much more of a management style role, employing staff to do the quotes and fitting, whilst he/she is responsible for the sales, marketing, and management of the business. In both cases all franchisees are provided with on going sales, marketing, and managerial support by their designated franchise support managers.
Support/Training
Even if you’re not very ‘hands on’ the C2C system is extremely simple. C2C franchisees learn how to provide this unique service by embarking on a five day business training course. This is designed to cover all aspects of running the business, from answering the phone, to sales and marketing strategies, and covering in detail the technical aspects of the business. On going technical and managerial support is provided by the C2C support team who are dedicated to support the franchisees at all times.
