LockRite is a rapidly expanding company specialising in commercial & domestic locksmith services. We will give you the training and support to become a highly skilled locksmith. In addition, we will train you in a proven system that will allow you to build and run a successful business.

Technical support, very strong branding, directory advertising (e.g. Yellow Pages), approved subcontract work, website (optimised and promoted on 'Google AdWords'), dedicated business development manager, and ongoing marketing campaigns all combine to ensure that customers are never far away.

National work

We work closely with utility companies, bailiffs, solicitors, warrant officers, auction houses, estate agents and letting agencies, to acquire work for our national network of franchisees. In most cases, our new franchisees will have work from week 1. As part of our commitment to our network, we are constantly negotiating to acquire new national contracts to generate more work.

Territory

Once you have been accepted as a LockRite Locksmith you will be allocated your own protected territory within which to build and develop your own customer base. We also allocate you a much larger call-out territory which will provide additional, non-exclusive work if desired.

Our national call centre incorporates an up-to-the-minute, computerised mapping and job tracking system that ensures work is allocated accurately and efficiently.

Each territory is designed to enable the franchisee to expand into a multi-van operation by adding a second or third van to their franchise, creating even more earning potential.

Training

Your comprehensive training takes place at our specially equipped training facility based at our Head Office.

You will complete between 2 & 3 weeks of theory and practical training covering all the fascinating and challenging aspects of locksmithing. Our trainers will work with you to ensure that you are confident at each stage.

After successfully completing the training, you will also be offered the opportunity to spend a few days with a qualified locksmith for some hands-on training with real customers. We also pair you up with an existing franchisee (through our 'buddy system') for further support.

As a LockRite locksmith, you will be qualified to open, pick, drill, replace and repair all manner of locks. You will also be trained in all the tricks of the trade including bypassing mechanisms, broken key extraction, how to cut replacement and duplicate keys, install digital locking systems, and repair & replace uPVC locks.
