The RE/MAX‘s phenomenon is based on the ground-breaking principle of maximising earnings potential by enabling affiliated self-employed negotiators to retain the majority share of commissions on their individual sales. The main role of the franchise owner is to recruit, manage and motivate self-employed professionals and provide them with the infrastructure to deliver unrivalled customer service to their customers.
In addition to retaining a percentage of commissions on all sales, the Franchise Owner charges associates monthly fees for the provision of office and support facilities in a manner akin to that operated in private medical practices. This enables them to build their business without increasing overheads.
Who can acquire a franchise?

We look for individuals with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage people, good business sense, and a track record of success in whatever they are doing.
