The new web shop for Husse in the UK, at www.husse.com, has been launched.
Husse will participate in the British Franchise Exhibition in Manchester on Friday and Saturday, 11-12 June. Husse has 50 free tickets for the exhibition to give away, so anyone who is interested can contact uk@husse.com. First come, first served!
Internationally, Husse Poland has sponsored a Polish expedition in Lappland/Sweden which took place from 17 March to 2 April, 2010. There were three sleds with 20 dogs Alaskan Huskies, Siberian Huskies and Greenland dogs. The dogs and their guide Maciej Slominski went through more than 500km of icy snow and completed their journey in North Finland. Maciej is one of the most well-known Polish long-distance mashers. Since 1997 he has taken part in numerous long-distance winter races and expeditions in Poland as well as abroad. In January 2010, he was the first Pole to take part in the legendary Haute Maurienne Trophy Race which is a part of La Grande Odyssee the worlds biggest long-distance race. Husse delivered dry food for this expedition. It was food with high energy content - Optimal Energi suitable for sledge dogs.
Husse is now available in Denmark, with Jan Boye Nielsen and Katrine Linnet having signed a Master License to distribute the products in the country. Husse is now operating in total 29 countries (throughout Europe and South America), with 32 Master Licensees and over 600 franchisees.
