    • Identified and guided the company toward Food Cost Improvement measures for the Commissary.  By drilling down and identify the main cost component of ingredients contribution cost
    • Identifying wastage patterns and cost implications from supplier to production processing, thereby reducing cost by nearly 1.5 % of sales or an estimated amount of Php 500,000.  Recommended alternative sourcing and threshold of wastage inorder to minimize food cost and increase profitability, without sacrificing the quality of food.
    • Planning and preparation of key personnel of the company to offer Franchise operations as an expansion program.

    • Set up and coordinated production plant in forty-five days (45) of one of the less than ten Philippines’ made Disposal Face Masks in 2020.

    • Philippines’ representative, coordinator, recruitment, and deployment of Dialysis nurses.
    • Deployed over 400 nurses since 2014.
  • “Diaverum” United Kingdom, Diaverum AB, Business Consultant (2019) – One of the leading Dialysis (Renal) service providers in Europe, Diaverum Sweden. Recruiting Dialysis nurses from the Philippines
    • Philippines’ representative, coordinator, recruitment, and deployment of Dialysis nurses.  Planned and coordinated recruitment travel for the Diaverum UK team in 3 major cities over one week
    • Deployed 70 nurses for UK requirement
  • RFJ Trading Corp.Business Consultant (Current) – Refrigerated Trucking service with over 30 fleets from 2 to 15 tons capacity truck, traversing throughout the entire Philippines.

    • Identified and streamlined Financial reports to generate a more audible report system to determine cost improvements.  From cash payments reflected in reports to actual monthly expenses.   This easily identified where high cost or inconsistent patterns were shown monthly, such as Food, Utilities, and Labor Costs.  Within four (4) months, improved from a Negative to a Positive EBITDA performance by twenty percent (20%).
    • Generated a Top Sheet of Food Cost contribution towards Sales Mix to identify the top twenty menu items with high food cost contributors.  Used the report to drive the Marketing and Operations department towards generating low-cost contributions to improve cost.  This improved profitability by around 1.5 % of sales.
    • Coordinated the Opening fifth branch in 45 days from the day of conception, using in house resources.
  • Mr. Softy Ice Cream Inc., General Manager-Consultant – Soft Serve Ice Cream with over 100 Kiosk operations nationwide, all of which are franchise-operated.
    • Strategized financial sources for the company on the first month of engagement and generated 1 M cash over two months period.
    • Reduced cost of goods and improved shelf life as identified in the financial reports.  Worked with Supply Chain and Quality Assurance team to source better suppliers and longer shelf life over a three (3) month period.  Improved food cost for the company by three percent (3%)

    • Improved profitability of the company after six (6) months from negative to positive EBITDA by Php 1.0 M, improving sales by 50 %, Managed Inventory levels, and improved Supply Chain efficiency.

    • Improved Inventory levels of branches by thirty percent (40 %) over a six (6) months period.  Trained Restaurant and Kitchen Managers towards monitoring and managing stock levels versus their sales initiatives towards improving the Cash Flow position of the company by reviewing Financial Reports that were addressed and recovered accordingly.
