Sanondaf, the leading disinfection and decontamination franchise, continues its UK growth with the appointment of a new franchisees in Wales and Yorkshire plus the appointment of a regional owner for Edinburgh and Lothian. This brings the total number of franchise territories in the UK to 30 in addition to the company’s operations in Ecuador, Mexico, Ireland, Malta, the Middle East, Singapore and Thailand.

Neil Lovering becomes Sanondaf‘s first franchisee for the Cardiff area. He has had a long and varied career in the oil and gas exploration sector both in the UK and overseas. Neil has acquired the Sanondaf license to operate in Cardiff and the surrounding area offering the full range of infection control and prevention services to both commercial and domestic sector clients. Neil comments "Hygiene is such an essential process for any business or person to consider and I was keen to acquire Sanondaf and allow this specialist treatment process to be available in South Wales. I am particularly proud to be the first franchisee in Wales and have ambitious plans to grow and develop across the region."

Simon Testa currently operates a specialist cleaning company in Yorkshire dealing with deep cleaning of carpets, fabrics and hard floors and has joined Sanondaf to operate a territory which includes Leeds Central and Harrogate. The business has been in operation for over 25 years in Harrogate and Leeds, York, Ripon, Knaresborough, Nidderdale and the Yorkshire area offering professional services to an extensive client base of commercial and domestic customers. With the introduction of Sanondaf, this will complement the range of professional cleaning and hygiene services that they can offer to both new and existing customers throughout the region.

Derek Gachagan joins Sanondaf as a regional owner for the East Coast of Scotland covering Edinburgh Central, East Lothian, Mid Lothian and West Lothian. Derek has spent a lengthy career in the construction industry in senior management positions for a number of well known UK companies.  Having always wanting to realise the dream of building a business for himself instead of for somebody else, Derek has made a career change away from a senior management position to be the owner of Sanondaf Edinburgh and Lothian.

From an office base in West Lothian, the business will service Edinburgh and the surrounding markets with ambitious plans to promote Sanondaf within the construction, new build and maintenance sector as well as our already established markets. Derek comments: “I am excited to have acquired the Sanondaf license to operate in the East Coast of Scotland and I am looking forward to this career change, having admired Sanondaf for some time, I am highly motivated to introduce innovative touch-less disinfection to the wider market place.”

Stuart White, director of Sanondaf UK said: “Sanondaf have now achieved National coverage in the two years since our launch and we are able to respond to any outbreak or emergency situation across the majority of the UK in less than two hours. Our advanced disinfection process is highly sought after as it offers the highest level of hygiene, equivalent to hospital grade to local businesses and employers at an affordable cost.”

He added: “There is a huge demand for our services throughout the UK in both private and public sector organisations. We are looking for more ambitious individuals who would like to join as as franchisees who want to be their own boss and join a highly successful business which can be very rewarding personally and financially.”
