Just 13 Months Trading a Match Options Franchisee Reaches £1 Million Turnover


Marshal Konzvo decided to start his own healthcare recruitment franchise back in January 2017. After just 13 months the Cambridge-based franchisee has broke the £1 million turnover barrier and is celebrating a remarkable year as his business continues to grow month-on-month.

Konzvo previously worked in IT before making the leap into franchising using his savings to finance the new business, and the help of Match Options head-office to embark upon his new journey.

Having had an idea of wanting to move into recruitment, Konzvo liked the idea of franchising. A franchise is a lower risk option than venturing on your own and you have the support of a successful business behind you.
