After a years’ study and an interview with a panel of industry
experts, Richard Chatten has been awarded the qualification,
bolstering the already highly experienced and qualified team at the
Norwich based Support Centre. Richard is the third member of staff
at TaxAssist along with Karl Sandall CEO and David Paulson Senior
Manager UK & International Franchise Development to gain the
qualification.
QFP is the only nationally recognised qualification specific
to the franchising industry. It signifies a highly developed level
of expertise and experience in franchising and a thorough
understanding of its complexities, ethical standards and best
practices.
Unlike membership of the British Franchise Association (bfa),
the QFP is specific to an individual and not to a company. It’s a
recognition of a personal level of commitment, time and continuous
professional development by a member of the franchising
community.
