Leading Pizza franchise, Papa John’s, has announced its latest store opening in Fareham, Hampshire. Franchisee, Muhammad Amir Bashir, will run the outlet with help from his brother Muhammad Shabbir who is responsible for operations and marketing. Fareham is the brothers’ third Papa John’s opening since becoming franchisees in 2013.
“We joined Papa John’s because we loved the concept of fresh ingredients, better pizza,” explains Muhammad Shabbir. “I have a background in fast food working for a competitor and also spent two years working as a Papa John’s store manager too in order to learn all about the business before buying into a franchise with my brother. Therefore, I really understand the importance of good quality food.
“Our approach is simple: we make sure we provide great pizza and great service to our customers,” continues Muhammad. “In this way, we build a solid foundation in each store before expanding. Fareham is our third outlet and we plan to open more however, we need to get the balance right first. This means good staff and 100% happy customers in each store before moving forward.
“So far, we have been particularly impressed with Papa John’s training which is fantastic,” confirms Muhammad. “The head office team is really supportive when it comes to getting new staff up to speed and store openings themselves. We are now looking forward to bringing the people of Fareham fresh, top quality pizza. By delivering the right ingredients with some great customer service we know our customers will be back for more!”
