As a group, Bio-Rite has more than 40 years’ experience in infection control providing tailored services to the NHS, Local Authorities, care and nursing homes. As well as area decontamination, we provide equipment recycling which enables beds and mobility apparatus to be decontaminated safely and effectively. We also supply a mattress decontamination service that meets the needs of NHS hospitals, private clinics and nursing homes and complies with all infection control guidelines.
Bio-Rite is a provisional member of the British Franchise Association (bfa) and we are now looking to offer suitable candidates the chance to become Bio-Rite franchisees, running their own businesses in strategic locations throughout the UK. Successful Bio-Rite franchisees will be self-motivated and get on well with people. Ideally they will have management and sales experience.
However, as full training and help with set-up will be provided, the franchise could be suitable for anyone with a broad background in business and who is determined, prepared to work hard and has the enthusiasm to succeed.
The Bio-Rite Franchise Licence Fee is £9,000 plus VAT and provides franchisees with: a seven year renewable licence to operate as a Bio-Rite franchisee; exclusive territory; operations manual (on loan); representation on the main Bio-Rite website; franchisee training plus Infection Protection Society (IPS) year one membership.
In addition to the franchise licence fee, franchisees purchase the franchise set-up package from Bio-Rite head office which includes: equipment and machinery; premises fit-out, signage, office furniture, office IT equipment, phones, stationery and branded material, vehicle deposit and livery, Initial branded uniform and initial marketing launch campaign.
The franchise set-up package will vary depending on the size of each premises and the facilities already in place. This is estimated to be in the region of £11,000 + VAT.
The Bio-Rite franchise has been pre-approved for up to 60% lending by the leading UK franchise banks. We recommend that £10,000 working capital is also available for the first year of trading.
